What is the dosage for a dog?

Every pet is different. Check with your veterinarian regarding your own pet.

Consider that a person weighing about 150 lbs. on average, will take approximately 3 (three) capsules per day. Based on this, a dog weighing about 50 lbs. would then take approximately 1 (one) capsule per day.

Keep in mind that some people will double or triple their dosage without side effect. Therefore, even for a small dog of 10 to 15 lbs., a one-capsule-per-day dosage should also suffice without side effect.

However, for very small dogs, consider administering just a half capsule.

What is the dosage for a cat?

Every pet is different. Check with your veterinarian regarding your own pet.

For cats weighing less than 10 lbs, we suggest administering just a half capsule.

For cats weighing more than 10 lbs, a one-capsule-per-day dosage should suffice.

How should I administer Maximum Milk Thistle® to my pet?

We suggest opening the capsule and mixing it with their wet food.

What if I have further questions or concerns?

We suggest contacting your pet's veterinarian if you have any additional questions.
